How would you like to carry all your ukulele music around with you in the palm of your hand? No more loose leaf sheet music, laptops, photocopies, etc. Load your entire ukulele repertoire into your iPad or iPhone, and whenever, wherever youre ready to play, just open up your Chords4Ukes Songbook and watch the chords and lyrics scroll at your preferred speed. We even start you off with links to fantastic ukulele songs to get you started!

Other Songbook features:
- Countdown timer, so you have time to get ready before the song starts to scroll
- Transpose songs into a key thats easier for your fingers
- View videos from YouTube directly in Chord4Ukes

Chords4Ukes also quickly and easily displays the most common chords for Ukuleles:
- Select the chord, select the scale and you will see the fingering for that chord

- The name of the note appears in the circle for each finger

- To play the chord, first turn your sound on for your device iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch, swipe across the screen to the right, or play notes individually by touching each circle

- Tune your Ukulele by touching the GCEA at the top of the fret board, either C or D tuning

- To see/hear a chord further up the neck simply swipe up/down on the fret board. The fret number will appear on the left hand side. (Make sure the little switch on the side of your iPhone/iPad is set to ON)

Pros and cons of Chords4Ukes app for iPhone and iPad

Chords4Ukes app good for

Facile, complet, et franchement utile; notamment pour les renversements et positionnement de doigts. Simple to use and really practical, mainly thanks to the swipes, finger positioning and reverse chords.

although this app doesnt provide tons of variations on different chords, it had the basic A-G scale with all the different minors, sevenths, sharps, and flats that are needed. it is very well organized and clearly displays where each finger should go on the strings (although it doesnt suggest which fingers should be used) overall its a great app considering that its free 

This app is a great resource for beginners and experts alike! Very simple to use app; within minutes of downloading, I was exploring new chords that I hadnt tried before. Looking forward to using this with my son when he begins ukulele lessons this month!!

Cant say enough good things about this app. The developers really know how to make it easy. I taught myself the Uke and saves tons of money in lessons!

This is a fantastic app. Its graphics make it very simple to use. It is indispensable as a learning tool for the ukulele. I love it! Buy it, gift it. You will not be disappointed!

I was looking for an App to help me learn the Ukulele and the one does everything i need. I love the simple interface. 99 cents for this app is a steal!

Some bad moments

Software Not updated lost links to songs but the rest works well. I suggest dont buy

I bought this app after a friend recommended it. Its a total rip off! The yellow help tabs never disappear! I contacted the creator several times and they never offered me any help. I paid for an app I cant use.

A very nice app. Easy to use... I learning how to play a Ukulele and this is the app to help you in the chords, tune, position in fingers, notes and major o dim, 6,7or #...

This app is so simple and comprehensive. Love that it quickly and easily shows various options for each chord.

Thus app shows different locations to play chords all over the neck, and it lets you choose between C and D tunings. Add a decent tuner and the ability to hear whole chords and single notes, and you have the best ukulele app Ive tried. AND... Its FREE!!!!

Wow. I was expecting a whole bunch of ads blocking the view, making it useless as most free apps are, but... Wow. Awesome!:)
